Job Description

Declines HR, CSR and EHS Group strategy defined by the Executive Committee, the control and monitor its implementation, manage and monitor its achievement, /

He/she advances social, environmental, ethics and governance aspects within his/her geographic area, /

Provides his/her HR, CSR and EHS expertise to other managers of departments. /

Declines HR strategy and determines projects accordingly /

Ensures compliance of the evolution of the social regulation and respect with internal rules /

Pilots HR budgets /

Oversees the payroll process /
Ensures a role of support and adviser to managers of department /
Pilot recruitment and training process of the geographic area /
Expatriates management of the geographic area defined /
Declines the corporate social responsibility (CSR) & ENVIRONMENT HEALTH SAFETY (EHS) strategies of the Group within the geographic area /
Manages employees and services in charge of HR, CSR & HSE activities.
